Acne disease in germ cell tumors. A brief review of the literature and a description of our own clinical observation

One the manifestations is acne, which occurs against background neoplasm due hormonal disorders. presented article describes a clinical case patient with mixed germ cell tumor and metastases retroperitoneal lymph nodes. produced human beta-chorionic gonadotropin, led development acne as PNS. Antitumor treatment (surgical removal polychemotherapy) normalized levels gonadotropin serum testosterone, turn regression without therapy.
